Rapid direct antigen detection for diagnosis of a wide range of pathogens in CNS and others, including Adenovirus and Rota virus. Drug susceptibility testing to help in antimicrobial treatment. Services related to mycobacterial (Mycobacteriology) and fungal (Mycology) infections. Services for fungal infections including detection of different yeast and mold types.
Clinical Pathology
Clinical Pathology services pertaining to investigating parasitic infections, blood detection, and reducing substance in stool. Urinalysis incorporating chemical analysis and microscopy. Crystals in joint fluid detection and identification, RBC morphology and semen analysis.
Immunology and Serology
Immunoassays use state of the art advanced automated technologies to detect and quantify a specific macromolecule of interest in sample by using an antibody reagent that binds to it specifically and selectively in an immunological reaction. This technique is used in a wide variety of applications. These include: hormones, tumor markers, cardiac markers, and infectious diseases such as Hepatitis B, specific proteins such as ASOT or CRP.
In serology we detect antibody to a particular antigen. Examples are Widal, RPR, TPHA, and Chlamydia.

DNA Parental Testing
DNA parental testing uses DNA characteristics to determine whether two individuals, in this case father/mother and child are biologically related. Tests can also determine the likelihood of someone being a biological grandparent.
